Our business...
is a small one. We do most of the work ourselves in order to keep costs down and to ensure high quality service.
We will accomodate your needs whenever possible and, if you have something special you'd like to arrange, please ask.

A 50% deposit (or one night's stay) is required to hold a reservation. A full refund for our guest rooms is offered (less a $25 service charge) if you cancel with two weeks notice. Cabins require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Your deposit is refundable only if the cabin is rebooked. All units have a two night stay minimum.
Groups and special events require a 50% deposit to book. The balance of the total is due 2 weeks before the scheduled event/group's arrival. Groups who rent our entire facility will recieve a refund only if facility is rebooked.
Discounts are available for groups, returning guests and guest friend referrals. We also honor government per diem with proof of travel authorization.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express during the summer months as well as checks and cash. From November 1st to May 1st we ask that guests pay with cash or by check.
Off-season rates are available from Nov. 1 to May 1. During this time, we often close up the main house and rent the cabins for longer stays. Family and friend reunions are popular during this time and our rates are VERY reasonable.
Check in time is 4-10 p.m. No early check-ins please. If no one is available to greet you, directions are provided to help you make yourself at home. Please call if you plan to arrive after hours. This is a family run business, not a huge corporation, so we ask for your patience with our schedule as we accomodate yours.
Breakfast is served in our dining room at 8 a.m. daily. It is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee, with our cabin rentals. Early risers (or late sleepers) can arrange for a breakfast-to-go on the evening before. Special dietary requests are cheerfully accomodated.
Check out time is 11 a.m.
No pets please. If you need boarding for dogs or horses, we recommend Yellowstone Park Kennels. Please let them know we sent you if you call.
As a courtesy to others, smoking is not allowed inside any buildings.
Children are welcome! Please note, however, that we are ON the Yellowstone River and supervision of young children is required at all times.
