Every house where love abides
And friendship is a guest,
Is surely home, and home sweet home
For there the heart can rest.

Our home was built by Charissa's parents who founded this business in 1998. We offer four bedrooms on a dedicated floor, each with a private bath and all with a wonderful mountain view. Two of the rooms (ELK, TROUT) have queen beds and attached baths while the central rooms (BISON, BEAR) feature king beds with a private bath just across the hall. Click here for more photos of the main house or, for pictures of individual rooms, visit the RESERVATIONS link.
Guests in the main house are welcome to relax and visit in the common room which is decorated with vintage Yellowstone linens, a large local library, television and internet access (wireless throughout the property) and plenty of comfy chairs for reading or daydreaming.
A full breakfast is offered at 8 a.m. every morning for guests in the main house; coffee service begins at 7 a.m. The main floor dining room has a stunning view and we hope you'll be pleased with our famous breakfasts. We always feature fresh seasonal fruit, homemade granola and yogurt, juice, coffee tea, and a fresh baked pastry (Charissa's passion!) Local and organic products are used whenever possible.
Early morning risers can arrange for a breakfast to go; just ask before 8 p.m. the night before and we'll have you packed and ready. Sunday mornings in June-August, all our guests are welcome at our Ranger Pancake Breakfast - breakfast is not served in the main house on Sundays. Take a look at Charissa's blog for great recipes and a window into what sort of food options may be available. Dietary concerns are accomodated cheerfully with advance notice.
Guests are provided with nightly treats, evening tea and coffee service, refrigerator space and lots of peace and quiet. It's a simple place - but we hope you'll find it simply perfect.
