We are located on the banks of the Yellowstone River. The river here forms the north boundary of Yellowstone National Park and the views into the heart of the Gallatin Range and its highest peak, Electric, are stunning anytime of the year.

Our acreage includes a sandy stretch of beach (complete with sand buckets and lawn chairs), world-class fly fishing and a fire ring for marshmallow roasting.

We are 50 miles south of Livingston, Montana just off Highway 89 between mile markers 3 and 4. The north entrance of Yellowstone and the historic gateway community of Gardiner, Montana are three miles to the south.
