If no one is available to greet you, directions are provided to help you make yourself at home. Please call if you plan to arrive after hours. This is a family run business, not a huge corporation, so we ask for your patience with our schedule as we accomodate yours.

As a courtesy to others, smoking is not allowed inside any buildings.

Children are welcome!

Please note, however, that we are ON the Yellowstone River and supervision of young children is required at all times.

One night's deposit is required to hold a room reservation. A full refund for our guest rooms is offered (less a $20 service charge) if you cancel with two weeks notice. Cabins require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Your deposit is refundable only if the cabin is rebooked. Cabins have a two night stay minimum.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express during the summer months as well as checks and cash. From November 1st to May 1st we ask that guests pay with cash or by check.

Off-season rates are available from Nov. 1 to May 1. During this time, we often close up the main house and rent the cabins for longer stays. Family and friend reunions are popular during this time and our rates are VERY reasonable.

We often go on holiday during the winter months so please don't be alarmed if it takes a day or two for us to respond to your inquiries. We value your business AND our free time!
